Meet with doctor Alana Secord in the Institute - depending on the time of day you will find her in the Synth Retention section, in Institute's main chamber or in her personal quarter.Īgree on helping Alana in freeing a kidnapped synth. The earliest time when it can be unlocked is after you complete the Institutionalized quest and accept Father's proposition to join that faction.
